Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Developing main maintaining iOS app code base.

  • Troubleshooting the android app issues.

  • Work to resolve technical issues related to messaging and Hadoop as reported by customers' technical staff and alerts.

  • Should be working in 24*7 Support model and supporting the production support jobs.

  • Investigation of technical issues may involve complex data and Log analysis.

  • Troubleshooting API related issues [Rest / Soap]

  • Develop methods and best practices for delivering outstanding service, as well as participate in knowledge sharing through the creation of knowledge base articles.

  • Work as a technical resource on engineering bridges on complex issues.

  • Define, coordinate, and prioritize customer feedback and ideas into engineering requirements for future enhancements.


Required Skills:

  • 4+ year of L2/L3 experience in App Development and Support.

  • Excellent understanding of the iOS development.

  • Understanding of Android code will be a plus.

  • Excellent understanding of the End 2 End system architecture.

  • Good understanding of the REST and SOAP Protocol.

  • Problem solving ability, creativity to "think-outside-the-box", proven track record in proposing and implementing new solutions for customers.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to disseminate information in a clear and correct manner to both business and technical audiences.

  • Understand Monitoring and knowledge of any of the monitoring.
