Roles & Responsibilities:
Good experience of working on manual testing techniques in Salesforce.
Proficient of working on test management tools and automation tools, such as Selenium.
Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT).
Should have understanding of CRM processes and experience of writing functional and technical documentation.
Good work experience as a Salesforce QA in an agile development environment.
Salesforce Certifications is a must.
Strong organizational, complex problem-solving, and project management skills.
Good communication skills (for internal customer communications)
Work closely with internal customers, resolve issues, provide customer support, and attend conference calls.
Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
Motivated to complete tasks independently.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
