Technical Skill Requirements: Salesforce, Automation, Manual, and Service Cloud

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Good experience of working on manual testing techniques in Salesforce.

  • Proficient of working on test management tools and automation tools, such as Selenium.

  • Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Should have understanding of CRM processes and experience of writing functional and technical documentation.

  • Good work experience as a Salesforce QA in an agile development environment.

  • Salesforce Certifications is a must.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational, complex problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Good communication skills (for internal customer communications)

  • Work closely with internal customers, resolve issues, provide customer support, and attend conference calls.

  • Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills.

  • Motivated to complete tasks independently.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
