Roles & Responsibilities:
Detailed knowledge of IBM Sterling OMS software and services
Strong expertise & Acquired knowledge of software development & architecture for IBM Sterling Order Management Systems
At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks
Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point
Proven end to end implementation experience in Sterling OMS Module
Knowledge of data communication, application software and e-business practices
Proven understanding of Sterling OMS and retail solutions
Familiarity with industry consulting practices, methodologies and tools
Experience with integrating Sterling Order Management solutions into other enterprise systems
Translate the client\'s business requirements into specific IBM Sterling order management systems, applications and/or process designs
Work with client personnel and executives to identify functional and technical requirements
Lead others in the identification, justification and design of the client\'s solution and OMS architecture
Ensure the designed solution is aligned with performance and non-functional requirements
Should be able to Size and estimate Infrastructure required for IBM Sterling OMS
Lead delivery team to ensure on time and at budget project delivery
Design and code reviews
Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies
Proven track record of technical leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes
Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects
Experience in Middleware technologies is a plus
Experience in Java/EE and specifically in developing Java-based extensions and interfaces to ensure proper functionality and integration with other systems Skilled in building relationships with clients and in practice development activities
Strong organizational, complex problem-solving, project management and analytical skills.
Good communication skills (for internal customer facing), work closely with internal customers, resolve issues, provide customer support, and attend conference calls.
Motivated to complete tasks independently.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
