Description
GSPANN is looking for a seasoned Cloud Support Engineer. As we march ahead on a tremendous growth trajectory, we seek passionate and talented professionals to join our growing family.
Role and Responsibilities
- Gather requirements for automation opportunities; develop and manage CI/CD processes for different types of applications; and automate as many processes as possible.
- Manage all Azure resources for multiple teams working in a cloud environment.
- Actively engage in CI/CD, Agile, and DevOps processes - participate regularly in planning and release cycles.
- Work with the product owners to understand the build and release cycles and deployment requirements.
- Automate the release cycles using CD tools.
- Take corrective action to fix issues with the infrastructure or application deployments.
- Coordinate with the development, testing, and support teams to get the job done promptly.
Skills and Experience
- Should be comfortable with Linux operating systems and efficiently troubleshoot and debug any issues.
- Mandatory expertise in compute, storage, networking services of Azure.
- Hands-on with administering and supporting the Apache Nifi platform.
- Should be good with either setting up or administering the infrastructure/application monitoring.
- Confidently maintain the whole infrastructure using Terraform - identify issues in the current setup and optimize.
