Role and Responsibilities
  • Strategize and execute talent acquisition processes.  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to anticipate and meet the evolving hiring needs of GSPANN.  
  • Build capabilities to reduce the turnaround time (TAT) to hire and improve the overall efficiency of the hiring process. 
  • Set ambitious goals, train teams, and scale processes and systems to successfully execute GSPANN’s recruiting process, optimize its cost, manage a growing team, and deliver the best talent. 
  • Build strong talent pipelines to satisfy our current as well as future hiring needs. 
  • Lead our sourcing strategies and develop a network of referred candidates and past applicants for future hiring processes. 
  • Measure the recruitment metrics for monitoring performance (e.g. time-to-hire, source-of-hire, etc.) 
  • Manage, train, and continually evaluate our recruiting team. 
  • Participate and host recruitment events to leverage our branding initiatives offline and online. 
  • Forecast our future hiring needs based on our business growth strategies. 
  • Collaborate with our teams to create and implement strategies, structure, budget, and vision. 
  • Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude, willingly roll up your sleeves to get things done. 
  • Evaluate product/market situation, analyze raw data, and transform them into actionable strategies. 
Skills and Experience
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field. 
  • 12+ years of strong experience in managing IT services and technology recruitment. 
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Director in managing end-to-end recruitment cycle for technology hiring. 
  • Well-versed with HRMS and dashboard preparation along with exceptional presentation skills. 
  • Sound knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools (like professional platforms, social networks). 
  • Leadership ability to move and inspire a large team in a unified direction towards a common vision. 
  • An approachable individual who can form strong and long-lasting relationships. 
  • Expertise in managing a company’s branding initiatives.
