GSPANN is hiring a Director for the Talent Acquisition (TA) / Recruitment team with significant experience in executive search and succession planning requirements. Role and Responsibilities
  • Build robust talent pipelines to satisfy our current and future hiring needs.
  • Lead our sourcing strategies and develop a network of referred candidates and past applicants for future hires.
  • Measure recruitment metrics for monitoring performance (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire, etc.)
  • Manage, train, and evaluate the TA team.
  • Participate and host recruitment events to publicize our brand.
  • Oversee the candidates’ experience (e.g., application processes, communications, and interviews).
  • Forecast our future hiring needs based on our business growth strategies.
  • Implement offline as well as online employer branding initiatives.
  • Move and inspire a large team in a unified direction towards a common vision.
  • Collaborate with all teams to create and implement strategies, structure, budget, and vision.
Skills and Experience
  • A master’s degree in human resources management or a relevant field.
  • Mandatory prior experience in managing employer branding initiatives.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Director in managing end-to-end recruitment cycle for technology hiring.
  • 12+ years of experience in managing IT services and conducting successful technology hirings.
  • Well-versed with HRMS ATS, MS Office (MS Excel), and dashboard preparation & presentation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools (professional platforms, social networks).
  • Motivated to demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude; willing to roll up the sleeves and get things done.
  • Should be an approachable, data-driven individual with a keen interest in evaluating product/market situations, analyzing raw data, and transforming it into actionable strategies.
