Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide critical analysis and insights to inform and optimize digital properties and strategies. 
  • Design and build dashboards and data visualizations to help business users understand data and make informed decisions.  
  • Motivate the team to get the job done on time with quality. Listen, learn and extend learnings to the project teams. 
  • Work with internal tools and systems to resolve issues and communicate marketing analytics clearly to the stakeholders. 
  • A detail-oriented, organized, and patient self-starter who can take a project from start to finish with minimal supervision. 
  • Proactively manage rapidly changing, time-constrained launch schedules. 
  • Efficiently balance multiple projects and assignments.
Skills and Experience
  • Seasoned Marketing Analysts with 5+ years of experience in developing analytical dashboards, solutions, and strategies across digital marketing platforms and social ecosystems 
  • In-depth knowledge of digital analytics data, measurement, Data Science, methodologies, and industry standards. 
  • Excellent communicator with a good sense of design and natural presentation skills that can weave results into a narrative for business and creative teams to comprehend easily. 
  • Prior experience in working across different global cultures is desirable. 
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, Teradata would be preferred. 
  • Proficient with Tableau and other data visualization tools. 
  • Strong working knowledge of process automation using a scripting language (R / Python). 
  • Solid understanding of fundamental statistical concepts, and measurement methodologies. 
  • Expertise in web analytics (preferably Adobe) and digital marketing.  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
