Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery.
  • Visualize project risks and create mitigation plans.
  • Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Submit accurate and regular reports to the stakeholders on service delivery performance.
  • Participate in proposals of assigned clients - scoping, estimating efforts, etc.
  • Collaborate with different teams to come up with milestone plans, key deliverables, assumptions, commercials, and dependencies.
  • Take complete ownership of the assigned projects and ensure scheduled delivery with quality.
  • Manage and guide the team in delivering the project.
  • Monitor project baseline to ensure activities progress as planned.
  • Ensure that the client’s SLAs meet consistently.
  • Participate in all Agile ceremonies like Sprint Grooming, Planning, Retrospectives, etc.
  • Define best practices and code review processes for the team to follow
  • Identify and incorporate quality process improvements wherever needed.
  • Guide the team in requirement closures, design, development, and verification/validation of tasks.
  • Proactively identify risks and dependencies - develop mitigation plans.
  • Establish strong relationships with the client.
  • Generate and execute onboarding, training sessions, knowledge transfer, and skill-building plans.
  • Motivate and mentor team members.
  • Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing project documentation, including shared repository (SharePoint or equivalent). Understand what goes into these reports to audit the correctness of the content.
Skills and Experience
  • Strong experience in Agile execution methodology is mandatory.
  • Should have strong knowledge of the Loyalty and Promotion domain.
  • Expertise in coordinating between cross-functional / cross-practice teams, including conflict resolution.
  • Prior experience in making presentations and demonstrations for the client and internal management team.
  • Strong in operational activities resource effort tracking, invoicing, SOW (statement of work) management, etc.
  • Must face the client confidently and has prior experience working in a matrix organization.
  • Strong background of delivering projects with first-time-right and zero defects in production.
  • Good experience in using estimation techniques like Use Case, Function Point, Story Points.
  • Prior experience in Retail or E-commerce domain is desirable.
  • Should have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in people management and leadership.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong team work skills and attention to detail.
