Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Quality Analyst to join our global workforce. Our dynamic team offers valuable opportunities and a tangible career support system for your professional and personal development.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Design and develop test strategy, test planning, and test approach for products.
  • Design, develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios and test cases for functional/manual/web-based applications across different platforms.
  • Detect and report defects and closely follow up to ensure the closure of issues.
  • Participate in scrum calls with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Refactor the existing framework as per the requirement.
  • Design automation frameworks from scratch or work on an existing one.
Skills and Experience
  • Must have good reasoning and analytical skills to understand the QA process and execution.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance for operations, e-commerce, and/or retail inventory management, functional, and web-based applications.
  • Should be extremely detail-oriented and meticulous.
  • Strong experience in automation testing using Selenium along with Java and API automation is desirable.
  • Expertise in CI with Jenkins or other tools is a big plus.
  • A quick, flexible learner who can adapt to constant change and ambiguous situations.
  • A reliable teammate who collaborates well within a large and diverse team.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to see the big picture in day-to-day duties.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in the face of aggressive deadlines and increased complexity.
  • Able to accommodate flexible work schedules during critical business periods.
  • Exhibit a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
