Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Proactively identify issues; resolve and communicate the progress timely in a professional manner.
- Perform pattern identification, assess the overall impact of an issue, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Monitor the jobs; analyze and work with different teams in case of any failures.
- Streamline operation tasks through automation.
- Review all tasks periodically and automate the repetitive tasks.
- Enhance operational reliability and scalability of existing tasks.
- Support planned changes with deployment, post-deployment monitoring, and create new dashboards or alerts as needed to monitor recent changes in the system.
- Document your work to share the knowledge among the teams.
- Collaborate with other technical teams for implementation and improvement tasks.
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of rich experience in support or development.
- Prior experience in web-based .NET applications, ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, SQL Server.
- Good analysis and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Expertise in technical documentation.
- Good to know SRE, Kafka, and Azure SQL.
- Should be open for the night shift on a rotation basis.
