GSPANN is looking for Salesforce Commerce Cloud Quality Engineers to join our growing family. We offer a broad range of opportunities for every stage of your career.
Role and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain test strategy, planning, approach, scenarios, and cases for Web, Mobile, Desktop, and API applications across different platforms.
- Establish testing as an integral part of the development process within cross-functional teams. Develop maintainable automated checks in collaboration with our development teams.
- Proactively suggest improvements in testing tools for better test coverage for automation. Detect and report defects and continuously follow-up to ensure that all issues are closed.
- Assess and bring continuous improvements to the overall quality of testing.
- Work closely with the development team to debug any issue.
- Participate in scrum calls with the customers and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to POC (proof-of-concept) on upcoming toolsets.
- Conduct RCA (root-cause analysis) for production defects and improve test assets.
- Work on refactoring the existing framework as per requirement.
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in conducting quality tests for SFCC products.
- Must have a good understanding of Salesforce and SFCC products.
- Expertise in SFCC automation would be an advantage.
- Prior experience in using MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Hands-on experience in using QA methodologies and writing test cases with SFCC products.
- Able to create exceptional QA artifacts, like Test Strategy and Test Plans for SFCC modules.
- Well-versed with Software Testing Life Cycle.
- Expertise in user acceptance testing and writing functional and technical documentation.
- Must have strong analytical skills and should be detail-oriented.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
