Role and Responsibilities
- Develop a vision, objective, and strategy for a Technology product or program.
- Ensure the team is aligned with business strategies and budget.
- Establish and maintain cross-functional coordination.
- Maintain program objectives operating within financial and resource constraints.
- Manage project dependencies within the product/program and build the team.
- Ensure relationships, performance, and communications are well managed.
- Ensure proper Project Management staffing for all projects within the product/ program.
- Develop objectives and scope.
- Act as an escalation point for issues that impact the product/program’s cost, schedule, and/or performance.
- Work with business stakeholders and provide them with new solutions, enhancements, and support for various technology solutions – including engineering integration links, configuration of modern and legacy applications, testing and process automation system, and/or customization and configuration of key applications and vendor software packages as needed.
- Understand requirements and drive toward results is critical in this role.
- Successfully elicit from appropriate business and technology partners all forms of requirements (e.g., functional, performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, technical).
- Take complex real-world problems, understand and communicate them, and translate them into feasible solutions.
- Demonstrate adaptability to working in a modern, lean, and agile delivery environment.
- Drive towards the delivery of standard solutions and capabilities.
- Commit to partnering with subject-matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.

Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
- Ability to lead and direct major cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritization and influence.
- Prior work experience in a Product model following Agile methodologies and Cross-Functional Technology and Business Stakeholder management.
- Expertise in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools such as Jira and Aha!
- Strong understanding and experience of Product Roadmap and Backlog Management.
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4.
- Business functional knowledge of financial and controlling processes, accounting methodologies, consolidation, and internal/external reporting.
- Proven track record of measuring product success/value and measurements such as KPIs, OKRs, and Scorecards/Dashboards.
- Proven track record of measuring product success and measurements such as KPIs and scorecards. Strong facilitation skills with the ability to pull diverse groups of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions.
- Able to respond to and prioritize changing demands.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business processes and opportunities into clear, precise, easy-to-read functional specifications.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Sufficient understanding of technology systems and the ecosystem the team works in to help the team overcome roadblocks.
- Effective team dynamics, conflict resolution, mentoring, and servant leadership skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally.
