Description
GSPANN is looking for a Senior Project Manager. The incumbent will work from the client’s office five days a week. We seek passionate and talented professionals to join our growing family.
Role and Responsibilities
- Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning sessions with the team’s Scrum Master and other Product Analysts to understand the business vision and create plans and objectives for the upcoming PI.
- Plan, execute, and manage project schedules.
- Enable onboarding, growing, and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Work with the team during PI on the backlog of work for each iteration, delivering value in 2-week Agile Sprints.
- Work with Product Managers and other Product Owners to understand and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Take sprint prioritization from the customer and align it with the delivery teams to streamline business priorities and strategies.
- Provide customer service to our technology and business partners for onboarding, adoption, and documentation.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project health and delivery plan.
Skills and Experience
- Expertise in managing website redesign projects, content management, and promotions is a must.
- Hands-on with onboarding, growing, and managing multi-disciplinary teams - this includes helping with fulfillment and reporting to the client and GSPANN leadership.
- Excellent communication skills along with experience in managing and motivating high-performance teams and individuals.
- Expertise in program management, escalation management, resource management, and managing multiple tracks at the same time.
- Proven ability to establish rapport, credibility, and influence others to drive results across the organization.
- Creative problem-solving skills for teams, project deliverables, and cross-functional issues amidst changing priorities.
