Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the complete software development process from conception to deployment.
- Maintain and upgrade software following deployments.
- Manage the end-to-end life cycle of software and application production.
- Oversee and guide the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software.
- Conduct automated testing and provide feedback to the management during the development process.
- Modify and test changes to the previously developed programs.
Skills and Experience
- Mandatory prior experience in Vue, React, or Node.
- Must have strong development experience in React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Expertise in HTML5 and CSS.
- Exposure to UI frameworks is desirable.
- Good understanding of frontend component design would be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of API Integration and Restful Services.
- Expertise in responsive UI design and UI design patterns.
- Strong JavaScript skills, with experience in developing web applications and passion to learn more.
- Hands-on experience in web packaging tools like Browserify, webpack, and Babel.
- Good understanding of npm and experience in publishing modules.
- Ability to code quality linters like ESLint and good knowledge of JavaScript testing frameworks like Jasmine.
- Proficiency in web application security - incorporating security into the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with database architecture, scalability, and performance along with experience of continuous integration and Jenkins.
- Skilled in Unix and proficient in Bash.
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of agile development processes and maintain a philosophy of writing.
