The Campaign Manager will lead global marketing efforts, focusing on generating high-quality leads. Role and Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute innovative ABM campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads and enhancing GSPANN’s brand presence in the global IT market. 
  • Lead Generation: Design and implement strategies that attract lucrative and qualified leads, using various digital and traditional marketing channels. 
  • Global Brand Positioning: Lead initiatives to position GSPANN as a thought leader in the IT industry, ensuring our campaigns resonate with global brands and decision-makers. 
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that can inform and enhance our campaign strategies. 
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using data-driven insights to optimize and improve effectiveness. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, content, and creative teams to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with business goals and brand messaging. Engage internal stakeholders and ensure timely submission of content and other assets. 
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. 
  • Project Management: Manage 25-30 active campaigns simultaneously, ensuring that all campaigns stay on track, and deliver under pressure. Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure campaigns come together as planned. 
  • Content Oversight: Be a strong writer and editor, ensuring messaging is aligned with audience personas and campaign objectives. 
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, with a focus on lead generation. 
  • Proven success in managing and executing global marketing campaigns that drive significant results. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, email marketing, social media) and traditional marketing methods. 
  • Familiarity with tools: HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with global clients and stakeholders. 
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make informed decisions. 
  • Experience in the IT or technology sector will be preferred. 
  • Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams. 
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns without compromising quality or missing deadlines.
