Role and Responsibilities
  • Create and implement change management strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop comprehensive plans that manage change effectively.
  • Lead and coordinate change management activities across the organization.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of changes with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for changes.
  • Address concerns and provide updates on the progress of change initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor staff throughout the change process.
  • Develop training programs that help employees adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of changes on employees and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
  • Document change management processes and maintain records of change activities.
  • Generate reports on the effectiveness of change initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

  • Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous change initiatives.
Skills and Experience
  • Have 8+ years of experience, with thorough knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes.
  • Gain exposure to end-to-end change management flows.
  • Coordinate change activities across multiple teams for in-scope applications.
  • Deploy changes with a back-out plan.
  • Perform post-release verification and gather customer feedback.
