GSPANN is hiring an experienced Delivery Manager - Presales to join our team. If you have a strong background in Java, J2EE, Microservices, and Cloud technologies with expertise in delivery management and pre-sales for eCommerce, we invite you to apply for this role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the practice, liaising with the internal stakeholders, and driving the RFP/Bids.
- Work with Account Managers and sales leads to brainstorm business requirements.
- Lead proposal presentations, estimations, project planning, solution approaches, and response documents.
- Collaborate with solution architects to create functional and non-functional requirements specifications, including scalability, security, and reliability.
- Consult with clients to solve business problems by quickly acquiring, absorbing, and applying complex business knowledge.
- Develop application roadmaps and implementation approaches, and design solutions from transition through deployment and support.
- Develop cost and pricing models.
- Create SOWs with milestone plans, key deliverables, assumptions, commercials, and dependencies, along with other such contractual artifacts.
- Collaborate to develop technology and implementation strategy that encompasses the goals of a client.
- Present solutions and options to leadership, project teams, and stakeholders, addressing both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Clearly articulate GSPANN's capabilities, solution approach, implementation plans, and differentiated value propositions to clients.
- Manage, monitor, and report on proposals.
- Conduct program reviews with relevant stakeholders to identify and manage issues and risks related to proposals.
- Establish strong relationships with Sales Team, Account Managers, and Clients.
Skills and Experience
- 20+ years of IT experience in custom application development with technologies like Java, .Net, etc.
- Experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, SOA, Microservices, and Cloud technologies.
- Experience in integration technologies like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Kafka, etc. is highly preferred.
- A strong understanding of B2B and B2C eCommerce is mandatory.
- Good understanding of eCommerce ecosystems like OMS, WMS, Loyalty, CMS, etc.
- At least 5 years of end-to-end solutions and delivery management experience.
- At least 5 years of end-to-end pre-sales experience.
- Experience in managing multiple accounts within a Global Delivery model.
- Should have client-facing experience and have worked in cross-functional matrix organization.
- Leadership skills to be able to collaborate with Sales experts, Practice leads, Client Partners, Delivery teams, and client stakeholders.
- Ability to understand market trends in outsourcing, shared services, and, offshoring industry.
- Drive the RFP/RFQ and RFI process with the team and deliver high-quality responses.
- Experience in creative presentations using PowerPoint.
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, process consulting, and due diligence with the client.
- Experience in using estimation techniques like (Use case, FP, Story points, etc.).
- Experience in presentations, demos to customers, and internal team management.
- Experience in building teams, goal setting, coaching, & developing individuals to achieve targeted results.
- Should have experience in driving organizational initiatives like creating case studies, writing white papers, and blogs.
- Experience publishing program/portfolio metrics for the management team.
- Solid experience in decision-making and negotiating with stakeholders.
- Experience or exposure with UI frameworks like Angular, React JS, NodeJS, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, ES6, CSS, Bootstrap, etc is highly required.
- Experience in Agile execution methodology is mandatory.
- Should have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
