GSPANN is hiring an E-commerce Technical Project Manager with expertise in Project Management, Agile, Java development, and E-commerce. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and building strategic relationships to drive program success.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional technical teams to help them achieve objectives in fast-paced, complex programs and projects.
- Build strategic relationships with key technology and business leaders to drive program success.
- Guide teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs.
- Identify project risks, resolve key conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths.
- Adaptively fill gaps across roles and functions, serving as a proactive problem solver.
- Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Promote a collaborative work environment that promotes shared understanding, transparency, mastery, autonomy, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Share best practices for modern planning and execution strategies.
Skills and Experience
- Technical Project Manager (TPM) with over 10 years of experience.
- Extensive experience in Agile project management, including serving as a Scrum Master.
- Working knowledge in the eCommerce domain.
- Strong background in Java development, user interface (UI) design, and microservices-based project delivery.
- Ability to work on-site at one of our office locations.
