GSPANN is hiring a seasoned Frontend Lead. As we march ahead on a tremendous growth trajectory, we seek passionate and talented professionals to join our growing family.
Role and Responsibilities
- Contribute to all areas of development and operations (pre-production to production).
- Be an example of good engineering practices and help others refine their skills.
- Participate in the day-to-day production release team and perform on-call support functions as needed.
- Test JavaScript applications from Unit to end-to-end and write unit test cases (preferably Jest).
- Learn, understand, and work quickly with new emerging technologies.
- Work with bug tracking and task management software such as Jira, Bugzilla, etc.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) in Engineering.
- 10+ years of total engineering experience and at least 3+ years of experience in leading teams.
- Expertise in Web Apps built on React, GraphQL, JavaScript, Node.js, Webpack, and Next.js stack.
- Prior experience in CDNs, caching, security, routing rules, etc.
- Good understanding of application observability, system-level design, and performance.
- Thorough with web technologies (HTTP, SSL, Headers, Cookies, TCP, Caching).
- Hands-on with CI/CD principles, best practices, and Cloud (preferably AWS).
- Demonstrated experience developing solutions for retail or eCommerce businesses and other relevant domains such as manufacturing & logistics, supply chain, or corporate shared services.
- Self-driven and able to deliver high-quality results in a timely fashion.
