Role and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications that are responsive, user-friendly, and scalable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create interactive and visually appealing user interfaces using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like React or Redux.
- Build and optimize server-side components, including RESTful APIs, databases, and server applications using Java/Spring Boot.
- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality.
- Write clean and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve issues, bugs, and technical challenges in the software, offering prompt support when needed.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other team members to understand business requirements and user needs.
- Participate in code reviews and be a mentor to junior developers.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for the software and contribute to technical documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
- 6-8 years of professional experience in Full Stack development, demonstrating a strong grasp of web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one frontend framework (React, Redux) is expected.
- Hands-on knowledge of Relational SQL. NoSQL is a plus.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS is desirable.
- Comfortable with Java/Spring Boot, Microservices, and relational databases like SQL, NoSQL.
- Should be familiar with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
- Good understanding of Amazon Web Services is a plus.
- Must have excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
