Role and Responsibilities
  • Understand the roles of prospects being called to ensure targeted communication.
  • Gain a foundational understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Analyze the U.S. market, exploring various industries and seniority levels within a customer’s organization.
  • Learn the basic steps of the sales process for effective lead generation and follow-ups.
