Description
GSPANN is hiring an Ivanti System Administrator to join our team in Hyderabad, Pune, or Gurugram. The role involves administering and configuring Ivanti Neurons ITSM, ITAM, and related platforms, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring process automation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Ivanti Neurons ITSM, ITAM, Spend Intelligence, and Discovery solutions.
- Document business requirements for implementing Ivanti Neurons platforms.
- Design, implement, and configure the Ivanti Neurons platform for multiple functionalities, including incident management, change management, service requests, asset management, software/contract management, configuration management, service management, discovery, and reporting.
- Work across multi-environment settings, such as staging, testing, development, and production, to complete assignments.
- Handle daily activities related to assigned ITSM tasks and initiatives with efficiency.
- Offer guidance on best practices for implementing the Ivanti Neurons platform, along with ITIL and ITAM processes and procedures.
- Integrate and automate Ivanti Neurons with various SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms using methods such as CSV imports/exports, connectors, webhooks, and scripting.
- Train Ivanti administrators and users within the Tailored Brands organization as necessary.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of expert-level experience in administering Ivanti Neurons ITSM, ITAM, Spend Intelligence, and Discovery.
- ITIL and ITAM certifications will be an advantage.
- 5 years of expertise in configuring integrations within Ivanti Neurons using methods such as webhooks, APIs, and CSVs.
- Ivanti administration certifications for ITSM, ITAM, Spend Intelligence, and Discovery and formal training/certification in ITIL are desirable.
- Have extensive knowledge of best practices in Service Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Asset Management.
- 3+ years of experience in creating and managing technical documentation, business requirements, and solution diagrams.
- Apply hands-on experience in process automation, leveraging best practices to enhance technology efficiency and effectiveness.
- Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ensure detail-oriented, organized, and independent task prioritization and execution.
