GSPANN is hiring an experienced L3 Network Engineer to manage large-scale networks, including Juniper and Cisco technology stacks. The role involves overseeing network operations, troubleshooting issues, performing IOS upgrades, and collaborating with onsite SMEs to ensure seamless operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage network operations, implement changes, and provide related support.
- Coordinate field dispatch activities and oversee transition management.
- Demonstrate expertise in maintaining Juniper equipment and related systems.
- Handle large-scale networks, including data center operations, with proficiency.
- Troubleshoot network issues and perform root cause analysis. Assist the operations team in resolving Priority 1 (P1), Priority 2 (P2), and Priority 3 (P3) issues efficiently.
- Monitor the network and utilize Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) troubleshooting techniques to address problems.
- Perform IOS (Internetwork Operating System) upgrades, replace network devices, and manage certificates and licenses effectively.
Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of experience in support projects to ensure operational excellence.
- Hands-on experience with Juniper and Cisco technology stacks for network management.
- Provide Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support based on project requirements.
- Utilize more than 6 years of expertise in network support and engineering to maintain system reliability.
- Implement network changes, monitor systems, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Collaborate with onsite network support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for seamless operations.
- Deliver exceptional support services with extensive experience and industry exposure.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
