Role and Responsibilities
  • Assess training needs to identify skill gaps and develop relevant training programs.
  • Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, workshops, case studies, and simulations.
  • Create and maintain training documentation, including course outlines, participant guides, and evaluation materials.
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions on a variety of soft skills, including Communication (written & verbal), Interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration, leadership and management, presentation skills, problem-solving and decision-making, conflict resolution, time management and prioritization, stress management, and emotional intelligence.
  • Facilitate interactive learning experiences, including group discussions, role-playing, and case studies.
  • Adapt training methodologies to meet the diverse learning styles of participants.
  • Track training outcomes and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from participants to identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously refine training programs based on feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of L&D projects, including budget management, logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and L&D.
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in an IT corporate setting.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong facilitation and group dynamics skills.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles and methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of Learning and Development project management principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in any learning management system would be an advantage.
  • Experience in a technology-driven environment is desirable.
