The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing and relationship-building, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. S/he will lead partner marketing initiatives, amplify GSPANN’s value propositions, and strengthen partnerships. Additionally, s/he will coordinate campaign assets and contribute creatively to campaign execution.

– Identifying mutual business goals and aligning GTM efforts to drive partner-specific outcomes such as revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and market expansion.
– Developing detailed GTM plans with clear timelines, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with GSPANN’s and the partner's broader marketing and business strategies.
– Coordinating joint product launches, campaigns, events, and other partner-driven initiatives to ensure high visibility and engagement within target markets.
– Monitoring the effectiveness of joint GTM efforts by tracking key metrics such as campaign performance, lead generation, and sales pipeline impact. Adjusting tactics as needed to optimize success.
– Regularly communicating progress to internal stakeholders and partner contacts ensures transparency and collaboration.
To succeed in this role, the Senior Partner Marketing Manager will be measured by key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
– ROI on co-branded campaigns.
– Engagement rates (email open rates, click-through rates, social media engagement).
– Performance of co-branded content (downloads, shares).
