Additionally, s/he will coordinate campaign assets and contribute creatively to campaign execution.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Partner Relationship Management: Act as the marketing-focused liaison between GSPANN and partners, ensuring smooth communication and fostering joint outcomes.
  • Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams in the US, UK, and India, as well as the North American Partner Manager and Partner Development Manager, to execute partner marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Development Manager: Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with partner development goals, including prioritizing marketing activities and initiatives.
  • Asset Coordination: Oversee and manage all assets required for campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Campaign Management Support: Support the Campaign Manager by staying on top of schedules and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement partner marketing strategies to maximize mutual benefits and drive joint initiatives.
  • Creative & Content Oversight: Bring a solid imaginative and content-driven approach to campaign development, ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate campaign success, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
  • Thought Leadership: Position GSPANN as a thought leader through consistent partner engagement and high-impact campaigns.
  • Create and Execute Joint GTM Plans: Collaborate closely with partners to co-develop and execute comprehensive Joint Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies. This includes:

– Identifying mutual business goals and aligning GTM efforts to drive partner-specific outcomes such as revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and market expansion.

– Developing detailed GTM plans with clear timelines, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with GSPANN’s and the partner's broader marketing and business strategies.

– Coordinating joint product launches, campaigns, events, and other partner-driven initiatives to ensure high visibility and engagement within target markets.

– Monitoring the effectiveness of joint GTM efforts by tracking key metrics such as campaign performance, lead generation, and sales pipeline impact. Adjusting tactics as needed to optimize success.

– Regularly communicating progress to internal stakeholders and partner contacts ensures transparency and collaboration.

Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s or master’s in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in partner marketing or client-facing roles, focusing on relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively.
  • Proven success in managing global partnerships, especially in IT or technology sectors.
  • Experience working with international teams, particularly in the US and UK.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and maintain quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • A deep understanding of creative and content development for campaigns.
  • Willingness to work with some overlap between IST and MT time zones (approximately 2-3 hours per day) to coordinate with North American partners.
  • Experience collaborating with Partner Development Managers to align marketing and partner development goals.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams across different geographies.
