GSPANN is hiring a Senior Program Manager with 8+ years of experience for a full-time position in Bangalore. The role requires expertise in program management, Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and stakeholder management, with strong leadership and collaboration skills to drive complex projects successfully.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional technical teams to achieve their goals in fast-paced and complex programs and projects.
- Build strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders to maintain focus on both strategic and tactical program objectives.
- Establish strategic relationships with key technology and business leaders to ensure the success of programs.
- Drive teams and individuals to plan and execute roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs effectively.
- Lead efforts to identify risks, resolve critical project conflicts, and implement appropriate resolution strategies.
- Adapt to various roles and functions as needed, solving problems, and filling in gaps proactively.
- Report project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans regularly and as required.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages shared understanding, transparency, innovation, autonomy, mastery, and continuous learning.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in program management, software development, or related fields.
- Exhibit a proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale, complex projects successfully across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Showcase strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Utilize program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms with proficiency.
