Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with expertise.

  • Apply knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, where applicable.
  • Showcase familiarity with ITSM and ITOM processes.
  • 2+ years of experience coding ServiceNow features or similar platforms.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Bring experience with ITIL Foundation level and frameworks like Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT) and IT for IT (IT4IT).
  • Apply knowledge of technical components like Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Virtual Private Network (VPN), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), and related technologies.
  • Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
  • Possess knowledge of runbook and orchestration automation.
  • Work with Web Services, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and database-level integrations/Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
  • Utilize Web Technologies such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services, especially within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
  • Exhibit proven teamwork capabilities.
  • Thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Communicate effectively in person, via email, and over the phone.
