GSPANN is hiring a Technical Lead to join the Managed Services team. The role requires a person who is thorough with issue resolution, automation, system monitoring, root cause analysis, and collaborating with teams to ensure operational excellence.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Identify issues proactively, resolve them, and communicate progress in a professional and timely manner.
  • Analyze patterns to assess the overall impact of issues and assist in performing root cause analysis.
  • Monitor job processes, analyze failures, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them effectively.
  • Handle incident, operational, and change management activities to ensure system stability.
  • Automate operational tasks to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Review tasks periodically and implement automation for repetitive processes.
  • Enhance the reliability and scalability of existing operational tasks to meet performance goals.
  • Deploy planned changes, monitor systems post-deployment, and create dashboards or alerts to track new updates.
  • Document processes and solutions to share knowledge with team members.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement and improve tasks seamlessly.
Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in production support or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
  • Adapt to rotational night shifts in a 24/7 work environment.
  • Utilize experience with Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Apply technical documentation expertise to maintain comprehensive records.
  • Familiarize yourself with Google Cloud, OpenShift, microservices, and scripting languages like Python and Shell Scripting.
  • Demonstrate experience in working with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Communicate courteously and effectively with customers and third-party vendors.
  • Employ knowledge of tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and other monitoring tools to ensure operational excellence.
  • Enhance capabilities with knowledge of Java and the Spring Boot framework.
  • Apply strong analytical, debugging, and triage skills to resolve critical issues.
  • Utilize additional knowledge in SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), and MongoDB to add value to operations.
  • Showcase excellent communication and professional skills to coordinate with stakeholders.
