Description
GSPANN is hiring a Technical Product Manager with 6+ years of experience for a full-time role in Bangalore. Prior experience as a Product Owner and strong communication skills are essential.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead a product team of 8-10 members while applying Agile principles to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
  • Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning sessions alongside the team’s Scrum Master and other Product Analysts to align with the business vision and set objectives for the upcoming increment.
  • Collaborate with the team during the PI to manage the backlog of tasks for each iteration, delivering value in two-week Agile Sprints.
  • Engage closely with Product Managers and other Product Owners to align and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps effectively.
  • Represent customers during sprints to delivery teams, prioritizing tasks to ensure alignment between technology and business strategies.
  • Be accountable for all deliverables agreed upon for completion within a sprint.
  • Offer customer service support to technology and business partners for onboarding, adoption, and documentation purposes.
  • Measure the value delivered by the product team’s efforts and provide regular updates to stakeholders on product priorities, delivery progress, and adoption rates.
  • Contribute insights to the overall roadmap and maintain a prioritized backlog to reflect business needs.
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification (BE/BTech/MCA/MTech) with over six years of industry experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, with mandatory prior experience as a Product Owner.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize tasks based on product and strategic needs.
  • Showcase exceptional interpersonal, written, and spoken communication, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in Jira, including creating user stories and managing backlog items would be a huge advantage.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and their practical application.
  • Show flexibility to collaborate with US-based counterparts, ensuring a few overlapping working hours as needed.
  • Knowledge of Consumer Order Management systems is an added advantage.
