GSPANN is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead Agile ceremonies, manage cross-functional programs, and ensure quarterly objectives are met. Candidates should have 5+ years in technical project/program management, experience with Agile practices, and skills in Jira, Confluence, and reporting. Agile certifications are a plus.
Role and Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies and lead teams through quarterly planning.
- Develop and manage end-to-end plans and ensure we deliver on our quarterly objectives.
- Manage cross-functional programs in a matrix organization.
- Actively identify risks, and inefficiencies, and resolve cross-team issues.
- Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.
- Define and own metrics and key performance indicators.
- Communicate delivery progress to stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
- At least 5+ years of work experience in a technical project or program management role.
- An undergraduate degree in a technical discipline.
- Experience working in one of the following roles: Project Management, Technical Program Management, Agile Program Management.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to prioritize needs and build productive working relationships while also holding teams and individuals accountable to deliverables.
- Skilled at project planning, forecasting, and tracking.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Report and dashboard building.
- Having agile Certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe, Scrum @ Scale, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience in Agile Program Management is a plus.
