GSPANN is hiring a Windows and Active Directory Engineer to manage and secure Active Directory, MDM solutions, and Microsoft 365 environments. This full-time role in Hyderabad requires expertise in scripting, troubleshooting, and implementing robust IT solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in Active Directory (AD) and related technologies such as Domain Name System (DNS) and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).
- Manage and configure Group Policies effectively.
- Exhibit strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Write and execute scripts using languages like PowerShell.
- Utilize Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, including Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE.
- Strengthen security measures for mobile devices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Install, configure, and manage systems for MDM.
- Optimize the performance of mobile devices through continuous monitoring.
- Resolve issues related to mobile devices and MDM systems with a proactive approach.
- Implement robust security strategies for mobile device usage.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and deploy innovative MDM solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for MDM environments and related procedures.
Skills and Experience
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).
- Oversee and maintain the Active Directory infrastructure to ensure operational integrity.
- Develop and implement effective Group Policies tailored to organizational needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues connected to Active Directory operations.
- Safeguard the security and integrity of the Active Directory environment.
- Partner with IT teams to design and implement solutions for Active Directory improvements.
- Keep detailed documentation for procedures and configurations within Active Directory environments.
