GSPANN started the engagement to extend their Oracle WebCenter Sites (WCS) capabilities by delivering an enhanced CMS solution. The Oracle WCS platform was extensively used to promote the offerings like home delivery of products, mobile top-up variants, and showcasing the client’s mobile applications.
We helped the client in reaching out to more subscribers through seamless integration with backend applications. We developed product information, mobile bill payment and recharge, payment gateway, and product pre-booking pages using Oracle WCS, Oracle WebLogic, Oracle JET, and SAP Hybris.
We created a flexible asset model to manage WCS templates and custom style sheet elements for easy publication, thus reducing time-to-market. We ensured the availability of WCS content and pages through WebLogic, which facilitated the website's launch and solved the ever-changing needs of the sales and marketing team to create instant promotional campaigns.
To support a high volume of website users, we created a central repository in SAP Fiori CRM to store the users’ personal information. The TIBCO middleware integration through Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP)-based services enabled access to the data available in SAP CRM. The website user’s authentication was managed through Oracle IDAM, which comprised of REST web services.
