    Personalized Journeys – We demonstrated how our unified martech integrations enable hyper-personalized, cross-channel experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, creating meaningful engagement across every touchpoint.

    Data + AI Synergy – Our composable architecture approach showcased how Agentforce, Data Cloud, and custom AI agents can work together to automate decisioning, improve segmentation, and optimize journey orchestration—all while delivering faster time-to-value.

    Theater Session Spotlight: Optimizing Commerce Content


    One of the highlights of our Salesforce Connections 2025 experience was our theater session on “Optimizing Product Content in Salesforce Commerce Cloud,” led by Sumit Kapoor, VP of Engineering at GSPANN. Attendees got a firsthand look at how ContentHubGPT helps brands build high-performing product pages with dynamic, AI-assisted content that not only ranks but converts.
