Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Function as a strategic partnership and report into the customer Retail Data Sciences organization.
- Develop and manage key data science goals tied to customer engagement and business outcomes.
- Work closely with product producers and management in defining, planning, prioritizing, and delivering online and business analytics requirements for all customer-interactive projects.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Social Sciences or Business Administration is mandatory.
- A seasoned data analyst with 6+ years of experience measuring the impact of online site changes.
- A self-starter with website or marketing analytics experience and a wide range of technical skills.
- Expertise in application and website measurement tools like Adobe Analytics.
- Should be hands-on with Data Mining techniques.
- A driven, accountable, and highly spirited team player.
- Proficiency in Tableau or other Data Visualization tools is desirable.
- Comfortable developing effective presentations in Keynote or PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of SQL (esp. Teradata) would be an advantage.
- Prior experience in Python is preferred.
- Should be highly proficient in turning data discoveries into analytical insights.
- Must understand Marketing, Finance, Operations Research, or related fields.
- A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
