GSPANN seeks seasoned Data Analysts to join our team in Mexico. As we march ahead on a tremendous growth trajectory, we seek passionate and talented professionals to join our growing family.
Role and Responsibilities
- Define BI roadmap and business requirements for data warehouse and BI layer consolidation.
- Gather requirements, create, and prioritize user stories, define functional specs and metrics, investigate data issues using root cause analysis, and analyze data using SQL to provide insight into KPIs.
- Create a data dictionary and map the source and target tables.
- Define processes and led a cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, and business users to build a data platform for real-time reporting on advertising.
- Measure user acquisition web channels, including paid vs. organic, and create attribution models to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Data analysis in the context of business decisions.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ETL processes, Data Modeling, and Reporting.
