Description
GSPANN is seeking a NetSuite Techno-Functional Lead who will thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced work environment. The incumbent should be an inspiring leader who can manage direct, indirect, and matrix teams to accomplish transformational goals and best-in-class results.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation and support.
- Collaborate with the implementation partner and respective business functions to aid the successful implementation of the ERP system.
- Ensure business requirement gathering, design, build, and deliver NetSuite optimal solutions.
- Configure new modules and build customizations/extensions via SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteCloud.
- Build third party integrations between NetSuite and internal ancillary systems such as Salesforce, Adaptive, Okta, etc. and external integrations such as banks.
- Develop and customize workflows, reporting, etc.
- Maintain user roles/access and assign appropriate permissions/levels of access.
- Work with finance business partners to scope work and produce estimates.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, enhancement requests, and support requests.
- Provide weekly status updates to key business partners.
Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of NetSuite development with SuiteScript, administration, and integrations.
- 3+ years of end-to-end full implementation experience of NestSuite.
- NetSuite Certification, such as SuiteCloud Developer Certification, is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of key business processes in finance, such as order to cash, record to report, procure to pay, cash management, and revenue recognition.
- Ability to understand business/operational requirements, perform gap analysis, and build solutions to meet business needs.
- Expertise in JavaScript and SuiteScript.
- Extensive experience in NetSuite customization, building advanced workflows and reports.
- Ability to independently manage individual time and tasks
- Quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations, and interested in learning new technologies.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Be a team player and a people person.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
- Comfortable operating with a sense of urgency and prioritization.
- Strong presentation skills (both oral and content) for both internal and external audiences.
- Someone who believes in and demonstrates unwavering integrity.
