Role and Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical guidance and thought leadership across a diverse range of DevOps technologies for various projects within the DevOps practice.
- Manage customer expectations, build strong client relationships, and address client escalations effectively.
- Actively participate in preparing compelling customer presentations, responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs), and crafting Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Regularly engage with team members, provide mentorship, and foster collaboration within the practice.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to address resource-related concerns and ensure optimal resource fulfillment across projects.
- Work closely with engagement managers and client partners to ensure alignment with project deliverables and resource requirements.
- Proactively explore new opportunities within existing customer accounts, work closely with engagement managers to understand the project technology landscape, and initiate discussions with key stakeholders.
- Engage with new customers, showcasing our DevOps strategies and capabilities to explore new areas and projects.
Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience in various DevOps domains such as CI/CD, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP/OpenShift), Containerization (Docker and Kubernetes), Automation (bash and python), Observability, and DevSecOps.
- Expertise in Platform Engineering/SRE support areas is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in client communication, customer coordination, and managing teams of at least 20+ members.
