GSPANN is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager for their Data Platform, who can develop a vision, objectives, and strategy for a Technology product or program. The incumbent will be a key team member, working with business stakeholders to provide them with new solutions, enhancements, and support for various technology solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage project dependencies within the product/program and build the team.
- Ensure all technology products and programs are aligned with business strategies and budget.
- Establish and maintain cross-functional coordination within financial and resource constraints.
- Ensures relationships, performance, and communications are well managed.
- Develop objectives and scope.
- Act as an escalation point for issues that impact the product/programs cost, schedule, and/or performance.
- Successfully elicit from appropriate business and technology partners all forms of requirements (e.g., functional, performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, technical).
- Take complex real-world problems, understand them, communicate them, and translate them into feasible solutions.
- Adapt to work in a modern, lean, and agile delivery environment.
- Drive towards the delivery of standard solutions and capabilities.
- Commit to partnering with subject-matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
- Actively participate in feature creation and story definition and provide clarification when necessary.
- Prioritize work effectively to support program priorities while maintaining technical integrity.
- Develop technical solutions based on requirements from business units, technology teams, and support teams.
- Take pride in your work, show high attention to detail, and build quality at the beginning of the development process.
- Lead and direct major cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritization and influence.
- Work on product models following agile methodologies and cross-functional technology and efficiently manage business stakeholders.

Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of relevant work experience along with a Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
- Experience working on Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools such as Jira and Aha!
- Strong understanding and experience of product roadmap and backlog management.
- Thorough with SAP ECC and S/4.
- Business functional knowledge of financial and controlling processes, accounting methodologies, consolidation, and internal/external reporting.
- Proven track record of measuring product success/value and measurements such as KPIs, OKRs, and scorecards/dashboards.
- Comfortable measuring product success and measurements such as KPIs and scorecards.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to pull diverse groups of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business processes and opportunities into clear, precise, easy-to-read functional specifications.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Sufficient understanding of technology systems and the ecosystem the team works in to help the team overcome roadblocks.
- Effective team dynamics, conflict resolution, mentoring, and servant leadership skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally.
