Role and Responsibilities
- Define and design solution roadmap and integration along with strategic architecture and infrastructure vision.
- Develop materials to explain complex technical problems and solutions for both business and technical terms and present the material to leadership teams.
- Showcase rapid development design thinking of desired features and execution of next-generation technologies.
- Prepare technical architecture infrastructure design, form content strategy, set up digital marketing suite, help clients with marketing channels, and monitor the client communication team.
- Conduct sprint planning, project planning, production maintenance, and performance tuning.
- Create industry-specific digital architecture with roles involving analysis design development administration and integration of distributed architecture applications in web-based internet/intranet client-server.
- Develop digital consumer experiences based on Adobe marketing cloud products.
- Define solution architecture for global customer engagement and integrate a full collage of supporting technologies, including Shopify Search, Shopify Plus, and others.
- Develop powerful features such as multisite and multichannel delivery personalization targeting content aggregation syndication, multilingual support, automated workflow management, social media, etc.
- Set up bootstrapping for project review and recommend an approach for migration.
- Define and implement key technical constructs of the program.
- Diagnose and solve technical problems related to Shopify implementation.
- Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications and solution architecture for content collaboration solutions.
- Provide inputs and direction to senior developers and Architects in the team for design and implementation.
- Define implementation processes, quality gates, and standards for design and development.
- Define best practices to manage performance security and scalability of the Digital Platforms.
- Establish strong, effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders across the global organization.
- Coordinate and direct the internal and vendor development teams on regular development activities.
- Review and provide feedback on the technical competency of the resources for both internal and external onboarding.
- Be directly involved in technical details as and when needed for critical issues.
Skills and Experience
- Mandatory experience in Shopify Plus.
- Thorough knowledge of enterprise-level monitoring and management skills with various OS environments is a must.
- Should have a proven ability to design and develop web architecture supporting the responsive Shopify Plus platform.
- Prior experience architecting at least 3 large Shopify global implementations with a scalable framework supporting the rapid development of multiple sites.
- Experience in designing and implementing Shopify Plus Experience in MEAN Stack development, MongoDB, Angular, Node, and Express frameworks.
- Excellent customer-facing skills.
- Shopify Architect Certified is a plus.
