Description
GSPANN is looking for a Social Media Specialist to help increase and engage with our followers across our social media platforms. This person will create and implement social media marketing strategies and develop engaging and shareable content. He/She will be a part of GSPANN’s Marketing team in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with GSPANN’s goals and objectives 
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure coherence and effectiveness. 
  • Manage and oversee GSPANN’s social media accounts, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others that may be deemed relevant. 
  • Create and curate content that resonates with our target audience, highlighting GSPANN’s solutions, success stories, and industry insights to foster engagement and drive brand awareness. 
  • Implement social media marketing campaigns that effectively promote GSPANN as a brand, its services, and generate qualified business leads  
  • Analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize reach and impact 
  • Engage with the community on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally, thereby fostering a positive community around the brand. 
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create and leverage content that supports lead generation and conversion efforts. 
  • Inculcate social media listening to better understand current market trends and conversations around GSPANN 
  • Use new-age tools like GenAI to increase the impact of social media updates 
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy to leverage new technologies and approaches to improve our social media efforts. 
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of social media initiatives against KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. 
  • Stay informed about industry developments, the competitive landscape, and the regulatory environment that could impact social media strategies, adapting plans accordingly to maintain effectiveness.
Skills and Experience
  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Over four years of experience managing social media platforms and implementing optimization and engagement techniques 
  • Experience of working for B2B IT services company will be an added advantage 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Proven and demonstrable success in creating winning content strategy and engaging content. 
  • Ability to analyze social media trends and data 
  • Good understanding of social media analytics tools
