Description
GSPANN is looking for TestCafe Automation Engineers. As we march ahead on a tremendous growth trajectory, we seek passionate and talented professionals to join our growing family.
Role and Responsibilities
- Design and document end-to-end automation framework - frontend React/Typescript to AWS APIs and Kafka NSP.
- Design and document node-based automation solutions with TestCafe and TypeScript.
- Create well-structured automation test strategy, test planning, test scenarios, and end-to-end test scripts using TestCafe/TypeScript and API automation framework.
- Set design and coding standards for enforcement by all team engineers.
- Understand and deliver the designed quality solution.
- Validate requirements against the framework.
- Lead and co-ordinate the onshore and offshore teams.
- Prepare test data matrix, conduct end-to-end test cases, and handle dynamic features.
- Manage defect tracking, summary reports and status reporting.
- Ensure all tech team members understand and align with end-to-end test scenarios – document within Features and Epics as Acceptance Criteria in partnership with the Product Manager.
Skills and Experience
- 9+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance (Automation).
- 2+ years of experience in the TestCafe tool.
- Good understanding of cloud skills like AWS is desirable.
- Expertise in Jira and Github Actions.
- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, and collaborating.
- Confidently converse with the senior management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills along with presentation skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodology.
- Should be detail-oriented and must have strong analytical skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
