In this case, the client, an omnichannel specialty retailer in the home furnishings and kitchenware segment, experienced substantial delays in release cycles due to manual validation of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 workflows. With tightly-coupled integrations across IBM Sterling OMS, Warehouse Management for Open Systems (WMOS), Oracle, and Microsoft Azure, every release required extensive end-to-end testing, resulting in cycle times of 2–3 weeks.

At its core, the framework orchestrates end-to-end validation of the order lifecycle, spanning IBM Sterling OMS order creation, processing on Microsoft Azure, and validation within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
